You need bar staff……

Your venue may already have a bar, where our staff can work from or you may just need help with the organising, serving, clearing and flow of your drinks throughout your event. This is a budget friendly option for you also.

Actually, you WILL need help. Being married myself and being apart of many weddings and events, it is the one service that I believe you need. A lot of people feel they can have family or friends dedicated to this big task, but it means they are working at your event and unable to let their hair down.

Let our very experienced Hello Audrey Staff take over the control for you, so you have one less thing to organise, and all of your guests can be - guests!

Even though you are not hiring our Caravan or Boutique Bars you are still getting the full Hello Audrey experience. Your service will still include:

Planning - covering service logistics, styling, advice on alcohol/glassware selection

Consultation and venue visit with me

Setup & Pack Down by Hello Audrey Owners (approx. 2 hrs on top of service time)

Delivery and pick up (within 40km of New Plymouth)

Approx. 2  hours staff set up, preparation, and clean up either side of service time

Personalised Bar menu, bar décor, drink dispensers, beer tubs, bar accessories etc (excludes glassware, we use TLL and can organise for you)

Staff travel (within 40km of New Plymouth)

Professional & friendly bar staff to serve & clear and coordinate glassware for entire event

Table clearing

Bride & Groom VIP service for entire event

Bridal Table and parents/special guest service for formalities
