frequently asked questions

Does Audrey come with alcohol?
No, Audrey is a BYO service. You provide the alcohol and we do everything else! 
Drinks should be chilled when we arrive 1 hour prior to service, we will then load up our bar fridge and be ready to serve a cold drink come service time.  It is up to you what you want served - beer, wine, cider, cocktails - you provide it, we will serve it. 

Cocktails - do you make them?
Honey, you are speaking my language. We would love to work with you on a signature cocktail for your wedding or event. 

Are glasses included?
With all of our full service packages, 200 glasses are included in the hire. We will work with you to figure out what glassware you need based on what you are serving and work out any additional glass hireage at a discounted rate. 

Does Audrey need power?
With power comes refrigeration & pretty sparkly lights, so it is preferable. However we can also go off grid and rely on ice and batteries.  Generator hire is also possible at an additional charge. 

How much space does Audrey need?
I know a girl never likes to talk about her size, but this is an important question!  
Audrey is approx 5m long, 2.6m wide and 2.5m high.  Please allow 6m x 4m for Audrey in your space. If you have any concerns about your space, get in touch.

Do you travel?
Yes!  We love a good road trip. We have a set travel fee for functions more than 45kms out of New Plymouth.  The travel fee is on top of the package price, please contact us to discuss.

We love her!  How do we book Audrey for our event?
Easy peasy. Once we have been over all of your details and pricing and you are happy you want to go ahead, we will send you our electronic contract to review and sign.  Once signed, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date.  We will invoice you for the deposit and once paid, you are all booked in.
